Custom Swimming Earplugs

DesignEars® Swimmers Earmolds are perfect for keeping water out of your ears while swimming and bathing and keeping children’s ears dry after a surgical grommet operation has been done.
Keeping the inner ear dry is very important for ear health, so our custom earmolds are great for recreational and professional swimmers, surfers, and jet ski riders, as not only will they keep the ear dry it prevents water impact that can damage the ear membrane from perforation.

DesignEars uses the finest Biopor premium heat cured silicone that is of medical grade and hypoallergenic so not to cause skin irritation and in 3 different densities.

40 shore – Great all round comfort, strength and general use.
70 shore – A super strong material for making ear moulds with removable modules and speakers.

Important Things To Note:

Impressions of your ears are required by us to work from, these can be attained directly from us at our office or if you can’t get to us you can purchase these through an audiology clinic or an Earmold provider.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days from when we receive your impressions to complete you order.
Orders will have a fit guarantee and free adjustment if required for a period of 30 days.
Our DesignEars Lab produced Earmolds have a 4 year mould integrity warranty against cracking and splitting, this warranty does not cover damage due to mistreatment and general wear and tear.

Made from a soft 40 shore hardness silicone that is flexible enough to move with you but firm enough to hold its shape and seal, not allowing water to enter the ear canal and keeping the ear dry.
