Sleeping Earplugs

DesignEars® Sleeping Earmolds are designed for comfort using soft silicone they are formed to fit neatly into the ear, so they won’t apply pressure on your ear while side sleeping. They will remove most background sounds, such as noisy neighbours, traffic, barking dogs, and the reverberation from a snoring partner, while still letting you hear smoke alarms so you can sleep soundly.

Perfect for shift workers who need to rest during the day.

DesignEars uses the finest Biopor premium heat cured silicone that is of medical grade and hypoallergenic so not to cause skin irritation and in 3 different densities.

40 shore – Great all round comfort, strength and general use.
70 shore – A super strong material for making ear moulds with removable modules and speakers.

Important Things To Note:

Impressions of your ears are required by us to work from, these can be attained directly from us at our office or if you can’t get to us you can purchase these through an audiology clinic or an Earmold provider.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days from when we receive your impressions to complete you order.
Orders will have a fit guarantee and free adjustment if required for a period of 30 days.
Our DesignEars Lab produced Earmolds have a 4 year mould integrity warranty against cracking and splitting, this warranty does not cover damage due to mistreatment and general wear and tear.

Made via an impression of your ear the impressions are scanned to a digital file that can be kept on file for up to 5 years. It is digitally altered to your desired shape then cast using the latest 3D technology.
Made from a soft 40 shore hardness silicone that is flexible enough to move with you but firm enough to hold its shape, they are perfect to sleep with in all night.

With a SNR25 rating giving you 34.8db of protection at 4000hz when required, optional filters can also be fitted to offer the best solution for the environment you are in.
