Featuring our industry custom earmolds you will have the sound of the radio directly into your ear allowing a lower volume to be used, which will increase the battery life at the same time. We can produce connections to most radios, like GME, Uniden, Icom and many more.

DesignEars® Full Shell Earmolds
A full fit of the ear gives maximum protection.
Made via an impression of your ear the impressions are scanned to a digital file that can be kept on file for up to 5 years. It is digitally altered to your desired shape then cast using the latest 3D technology.
Made from a soft 40 shore hardness silicone that is flexible enough to move with you but firm enough to hold its shape, they are perfect to wear all day at work, in the garden or wherever hearing protection is required.
With a SNR25 rating giving you 34.8db of protection at 4000hz when required, optional filters can also be fitted to offer the best solution for the environment you are in.

Made to be discrete and extremely comfortable, as the only fill the canal and a small part of your concha.

DesignEars® Two-Way Communication Earmolds
Communication Earmolds offer the ability to connect to your 2-way radio so you can easily communicate using our Push-to-Talk control with built-in microphone making them ideal for use in industry, security, emergency services and many more uses. Made in two separate connected sections, you have the ability to quickly change between radios and/or users, making it a more user-friendly and cost-effective unit.
We can produce cables to fit most 2-way radios. Just email us with the make and model of the radio you use, and we can advise you on what options we have available for you.
DesignEars® Presenters Earmold
A very discrete earmold, commonly known as a skeleton earmold. its unique design being a canal tip with a thin framework locking it into your ear for maximum comfort allows you to wear it discretely.
Widely used by news readers to receive prompts from the crew, they are also great for police and security staff to keep their earpiece neatly in their ear with a clear acoustic surveillance tube located up over the ear that connects to the radio required.
