DesignEars® Musician Earmolds are available in a variety of styles and designs, depending on what your main use will be. If you’re an avid concert goer, work in the entertainment industry, are a professional musician, or just want to listen to your music clearly, we have a solution for you. From a discrete canal tip with attenuation filters through to triple driver musician headphones and everything in between.
We may also be able to offer a custom sleeve to go over your off the shelf headphones, such as Shure, Audio Technica, Westtone and many more, depending on the unit and your ear size.
The Earmolds are produced from a soft 40 shore heat cured silicone for the ultimate in comfort and strength, we work from an impression of your ears and then using our 3D process, we scan the impression and digitally enhance the impression to produce a perfect replica of your ear in the style of your choosing.
Once we have your impressions and you have decided on what best suits your needs, we will personally make your plugs to guarantee a perfect fit both comfort and performance. Please allow 10 to 14 business days once we receive your impression to complete your order.
No waiting weeks, as we have our own in-house lab and make this range ourselves.

DesignEars® Canal tip Earmolds
Made via an impression of your ear the impressions are scanned to a digital file that can be kept on file for up to 5 years. It is digitally altered to your desired shape then cast using the latest 3D technology. They are made to be discrete and extremely comfortable as the only fill the canal and a small part of your concha. With a NNR30 – SLC80 Rating 28 giving you 40.3db of protection at 4000hz when required, optional single filter can also be fitted to offer the best solution for the environment you are in, The filter will allow for lower frequencies, such as speech, so you can communicate clearly while still protecting your hearing.
The filters will also clean up the background noise so you can hear the music around you more clearly.
A choice of fixed filters for your desired DB reduction is available:

Available in musician quality Single or Dual Balanced Armature for you to hear crystal clear music from your device and the LabFlex Earmolds are made slim fit so they won’t dislodge and will stay in place when exercising or moving around so you can use them for various activities such as motorcycling, motorsports, running, cycling, workouts, travelling, meditation, shooting, skiing etc. Using a 3.5mm Stereo connection they will plug directly into most phones, IPods, MP3’s, GPS units and will fit directly into the Sena Bluetooth communication units.

DesignEars® Musician Monitors
Made for stage use and available in single and Dual Drivers to suit your requirements. Made from soft flexible premium silicon to give great comfort and great isolation, the cable can exit the top ear or towards the base of the earmold and sits comfortably and securely over the ear for more discreet use.
Ideal for vocalists and musicians with great sound reproduction and is extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
The drivers are set into our DesignEars® premium heat cured silicone developed for the ultimate in comfort, sound quality and ease of cleaning. Available in a 3.5mm stereo connection with a 100cm cable to tuck away when being used on stage, they come with a 12 month warranty on the electronics and a 4 year mould integrity warranty on the Earmolds for extra peace of mind.

Important Note:
This product is produced for the enjoyment of listening to audio/communication devices. But please remain aware of the dangers of listening to these devices at a loud volume level (85dB+).
